Shipping policy

All items within the UK are sent either via Royal Mail or Evri. All of our items are packaged with care to prevent damage in transit. Once you order has been shipped by Mama-Roo Embroidery cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. 

Mama-Roo Embroidery is not responsible for delivery delays by carrier once this has been dispatched. At busier times of the year please expect delays from carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri.

Please note: We will post to the delivery address provided, we are unable to change this after an order is placed. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address including the postcode when checking out. 

Lead time/ Processing time:

All items are made to order so there is a leadtime for them. All the most updated processing times are available in the individual listing descriptions. These are updated REGULARLY according to order flow and demand. At times this might increase up to 6 weeks. It is your responsibility to check the these at the time of ordering to ensure it arrives to you by a specific date.

Mama-Roo Embroidery will endeavour to keep within the timeframes in the website unless due to an emergency or any other circumstances outside of our control. If this is the case we will ensure to keep you fully updated of the progress of your order.

If you require an item for a specific date please bare in mind we are unable to guarantee it. Please use the contact form to put in a request for this. If we are able to accommodate your request we will let you know (there might be a charge for this) 

 

UK Delivery:

Standard UK delivery is sent via Standard delivery which aims at delivery between 2-4 Days after dispatch.
If you require your item sooner or want an item sending via Guaranteed or Next Day Delivery, please contact us via our contact us page and we can help.

Some listings have the option to expedite or "Rush my order". If this option is selected we will upgrade your order Royal Mail 24 or another Next day delivery option.

International Delivery:

Standard international delivery is used for international orders which usually takes between 3-7 days . Express delivery might be available.

For international orders, please be aware that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or shipping delays.
