How to Order
How to Order
How to order:
- Use the dropdowns and options to select your size, style and or colour
- In the personalisation box let me know the name (exactly how you want it written), yarn colour(s) and any special requirement, depending on which product. Be as detailed as you wish or leave it to my discretion.
- Please contact us if you also extra embroidery not listed or have a specific design in mind.
Washing & Care Recommendations:
Washing & Care Recommendations:
I recommend hand washing or using a 30 degree delicate/wool cycle to care for your knit, if needed. If you must machine wash it I recommend using a mesh bag as yarn can be easily snagged.
The personalised items are not suitable to be tumble dried.
Although I try and remove all water soluble pen before your order is sent out, on the odd occasion there may be traces of pen left behind. A small spray of water or dabbing with a wet cloth will make the pen disappear.
Colour & Font
Colour & Font
Colours:
I try my best to photography colours (particularly yarn) in natural light but please be reminded that due to lighting effects, monitor's brightness/contrast settings etc, there could be some slight differences on colour tone of the website's photo versus the actual final piece.
Font:
All wording is handwritten by myself so no two items are the same. My handwriting is a cursive style. I try my best to keep letters and the "feel" of the writing consistent across the names but at times I might need to change it depending on the name so it flows better and is aesthetically pleasing.
I don't (and won't) use premade fonts as this does not align with the brand's values.
